Our Vintage Guarantee: Because of the unique nature of vintage clothing, all sales are considered final. Each item we sell is one-of-a-kind and thoroughly described, including any imperfections, sizing details, and condition notes. We encourage you to review all measurements and images before purchasing.

We will gladly accept returns only if the incorrect item was shipped (e.g., you received a different shirt than what was ordered).

1. Please take a clear photo of the item you received.
2. Email us at hello@throwbackhaven.com with your order number and photo.
3. We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship out the correct item right away.
